Privacy Policy

In short: Saytitle does not collect any data about you. Your videos, their audio and the captions are processed and stored only on your iPhone. There is no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
Who we are
Saytitle is an iOS app developed by Francesco Paonessa, Italy. Contact: support@saytitle.com.
Your videos and captions
- Videos you import are copied into the app's private storage on your iPhone, together with their captions and settings. They are deleted when you delete the project or the app.
- Speech recognition and translation use Apple frameworks that run on your device. The first time you use a language, iOS may download Apple's language model for it; your audio and text are not sent to us.
- When you import from Photos, you choose which videos to share with the app. Saytitle asks for “add only” access to save the finished video to your library; it cannot read the rest of your photos.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, email or payment details. Apple's handling of this data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data stored on your device
The app stores a few settings on your iPhone, such as the last language you used and how many free exports you have left. They never leave your device.
No tracking
Saytitle contains no third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and does not share data with anyone.
If you contact us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you. We keep them for as long as needed to help you and delete them on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access or delete any data we hold about you (in practice, only emails you sent us) and you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Children
Saytitle does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.

Video e sottotitoli
- I video importati vengono copiati nella memoria privata dell'app sul tuo iPhone, insieme ai sottotitoli e alle impostazioni. Vengono cancellati quando elimini il progetto o l'app.
- Il riconoscimento vocale e la traduzione usano framework Apple che funzionano sul dispositivo. La prima volta che usi una lingua, iOS può scaricare il modello linguistico di Apple; audio e testi non vengono inviati a noi.
- Quando importi da Foto scegli tu quali video condividere con l'app. Saytitle chiede l'accesso “solo aggiunta” per salvare il video finito nella libreria e non può leggere le altre foto.
Acquisti
Abbonamenti e acquisti sono gestiti interamente da Apple tramite l'App Store. Non vediamo mai nome, email o dati di pagamento. Il trattamento di questi dati da parte di Apple è descritto nell'informativa privacy di Apple.
Dati salvati sul dispositivo
L'app salva sul tuo iPhone alcune impostazioni, come l'ultima lingua usata e il numero di esportazioni gratuite rimaste. Non lasciano mai il dispositivo.
Nessun tracciamento
Saytitle non contiene SDK di terze parti, statistiche, pubblicità né tracciamento di alcun tipo, e non condivide dati con nessuno.
Se ci scrivi
Se ci mandi un'email, usiamo il tuo indirizzo e il messaggio solo per risponderti. Li conserviamo per il tempo necessario ad aiutarti e li cancelliamo su richiesta.
I tuoi diritti
In base al GDPR puoi chiedere di accedere ai dati che ti riguardano o di cancellarli (in pratica, solo le email che ci hai inviato) e puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Minori
Saytitle non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di nessuno, minori compresi.
